How can I check the status of my order?

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Express shipping is 1-2 business days, and same-day delivery is available in select cities. International shipping times vary by destination, generally taking 5-10 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to over 100 countries worldwide. International customers may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. For specific information about shipping to your country, please contact our customer service team.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement. Please contact our customer service team immediately if you need to make changes to your order. Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Sale items and custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How do I return an item?

To initiate a return, log into your account, select the order you wish to return, and follow the return instructions. You'll need to print a return label, package your items securely, and drop off the package at a shipping location. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.

How do I exchange an item for a different size?

To request an exchange, follow the return process and select "Exchange" as your preferred option. Choose the size or color you would like to receive instead. If your preferred item is not available, we will process a refund and you can place a new order.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

For domestic orders, return shipping is complimentary. For international returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for all returns.

How do I find my size?

We recommend referring to our detailed size guide for each product. You can find measurements and fit information on each product page. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

What materials do you use?

We use a variety of high-quality, sustainable materials including organic silks, recycled fabrics, and deadstock materials from luxury fashion houses. Each product page lists the specific materials used in that item.

How should I care for my JEZEBEL pieces?

Care instructions are provided on the label of each garment and on the product page. Most of our pieces require dry cleaning to maintain their quality and longevity. We recommend storing items in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Do you offer alterations?

Yes, we offer complimentary basic alterations on full-priced garments. Please contact your nearest JEZEBEL boutique to schedule an appointment with our in-house tailoring team.

Account & Orders

How do I create an account?

You can create an account by clicking on the "Account" icon in the top right corner of our website and selecting "Create Account." You'll need to provide your email address and create a password. You can also create an account during the checkout process.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Click on the "Account" icon and select "Sign In." Then click on "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. We'll send you a link to reset your password.

Can I view my past orders?

Yes, you can view your order history by logging into your account and selecting "Order History." This will show all your past orders, their status, and tracking information.

How do I save items for later?

You can save items to your wishlist by clicking the heart icon on any product page. To view your wishlist, click on the "Account" icon and select "Wishlist." You must be logged in to use this feature.

Yes, our packaging is plastic-free and made from recycled and recyclable materials. We use our signature cream boxes with tissue paper and ribbon, all of which are environmentally friendly.

Do you have a recycling program?

Yes, we've implemented a take-back program for JEZEBEL garments, offering clients store credit when they return pieces they no longer wear. These items are either carefully refurbished for resale or disassembled for material reuse in new designs.
