International Shipping
We ship to over 100 countries worldwide. International orders are typically delivered within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order at any time by:

Packaging
All JEZEBEL orders are carefully packaged in our signature cream boxes with tissue paper and ribbon. Our packaging is plastic-free and made from recycled and recyclable materials, reflecting our commitment to sustainable luxury.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your JEZEBEL purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Custom or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned or exchanged
- Accessories such as jewelry and hair accessories must be in their original packaging
How to Return
- Log into your account and select the order you wish to return
- Select the items you wish to return and your preferred refund method
- Print your return label and packing slip
- Carefully pack the items in their original packaging
- Attach the return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest shipping location
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange:
- Follow the return process outlined above
- Select "Exchange" as your preferred option
- Choose the size or color you would like to receive instead
If your preferred item is not available for exchange, we will process a refund and you can place a new order.
Return Shipping
For domestic orders, return shipping is complimentary. For international returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for all returns.

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
